It's too new to say whether it will help. But I had a rough beginning due to inadequate customer service. I was unable to get the device to turn on. I wrote to the company, they asked me to take a video to demonstrate what I was doing to try to power it on. They told me that it must be that the one I had was not functioning and they sent me a new one. I was asked to return the old one. I had to wait a week each time I received it because they smelled heavily and I'm fragrance sensitive. Rubbing baking soda on it finally helped. When I tried to power it on, again the new one did not power on. I looked more closely at all of the connections and determined that the cords needed to be plugged into the controller, and that it was not a remote controller. Finally, I got it to work. But it was a shame to waste a month and go through all of that aggravation in getting it to work. It works fine.

The mask is fine but the straps don’t hold very well. I couldn’t walk around with it on because it slips down. Need different kind of straps.

I received this mask a month ago and I have used it almost everyday. I have yet to see results but I understand that it may be too soon so that isn't my frustration. The mask is uncomfortable and actually hurts around your eyes. The strap doesn't stay in place on my head no matter how I adjust the velcros. I end up having to put it super tight which hurts worse on the eyes. I hope the newer style mask is better because this plastic clunky one is not ideal. I am upset with myself for purchasing this one for sure! PS I never write reviews but with how much this costs, I feel it should be better. Thanks

I have been using this for several weeks now. I'm not totally sure it's actually working but I haven't had an adverse reaction. The straps are hard to keep in place and could be redesigned. Have not tried it yet. You need to tell people what type of outlet they need, had to buy one. Also your instructions are almost nonexistent. Can you switch between colors during one session or not? Since my first inquiry with the Nutriskin company, I have had tremendous POSITIVE emails regarding their product. Customer service is wonderful! I had to return the original face mask as it was too big for my face and heavy. I am using the silicone mask now. Haven't been using it long enough to tell a difference. I do like that is it much lighter in weight and more comfortable. However, the straps are in an awkward position and the mask goes all the way around past me back of my ears. If it helps my skin, I can deal with those issues. I will follow up after I've used it for several months. I haven't noticed much difference in the look of my skin but it definitely feels smoother to the touch.
