Shipment Processing Times

Currently, Nutriskin can only ship within the United States.

Domestic Orders: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 1-5 business days post-shipment. Please note that actual transit times may vary.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value or quantity.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

- USPS Ground Saver: 1-5 business days

- UPS Ground Saver: 1-5 business days

- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

*Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain addresses. If your address is not in the UPS database, your order will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers become active within 48 hours. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email at support@trynutriskin.com.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days of delivery. Provide video or photo evidence of the damage, including any scuff marks or broken pieces. Nutriskin will replace damaged orders within this timeframe. We are not responsible for damages reported after 7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Nutriskin is not liable for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. We do not offer refunds or replacements for such orders. At our discretion, we may provide an affidavit if a replacement is deemed necessary.
