Return and Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus applicable shipping charges).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards/Credit Codes

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Cosmetic skincare items 

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@trynutriskin.com or through the chat box on our website. Returns will not be processed through any other contact method.

  2. Receive Return Label: For U.S. purchases, we will provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. For international purchases, you must cover return shipping costs.

  3. Return Shipment: Ensure the product is in original packaging with all accessories. Include original zip ties and the bubble wrap bag to avoid deductions ($1 for zip ties, $5 for bubble wrap). Use an external brown box; do not ship using only the Nutriskin product box (25% refund reduction if this occurs). Do not put any tape around the original product box encasing the product. Best to return in it's original packaging.

    *TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, PLEASE SHIP THE PRODUCT INSIDE A BROWN BOX. RETURNS SENT IN JUST THE PRODUCT BOX WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PACKAGING WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND, NOR WILL THEY BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR RESHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT/RESHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT. RETURNS WRAPPED IN PAPER WILL ALSO NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Refund Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of purchase.

  • All accessories and all product pieces must be returned.

  • Damaged items may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In some cases, banks or card issuers may restrict refunds to the original payment method if the transaction is already outside their allowable refund timeframe. If the original payment method can no longer accept a refund due to these bank limitations, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@trynutriskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Returns

Nutriskin is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Without proof of delivery and receipt, we cannot process refunds for lost or damaged returns.

Unauthorized Returns

Any returns sent without a Return Merchandise Authorization or not complying with the return process outlined above may be refused at our discretion.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Open product returns incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • No refunds will be issued until the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Return drop-offs at our warehouse are not accepted.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours.

  • Nutriskin is not responsible for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser.

  • Nutriskin reserves the right to deny returns if items are not shipped back within 7 calendar days of return approval.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at support@trynutriskin.com. We only process cancellations via email. 

Nutriskin accepts no responsibility for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect addresses, or address-related issues caused by the carrier, including orders marked “returned to sender”. This includes returned shipments that have been sent back to Nutriskin due issues with the address submitted upon purchase. We will not refund or replace orders due to incorrect addresses being entered by the purchaser.
